The Powerhouse range started back in 1988 and instantly redefined what a powered mixer should be capable of. Since then many thousands are still in daily use providing musicians around the world with reliable portable sound systems. Now, two decades later, the Powerhouse 1000X has arrived. Featuring four models from 10 to 18 channels, quality DSP effects and 500 Watts per channel of audio power. Each channel sports three band equalisation (with mid sweep on mic channels) 60mm smooth operation faders and routing to a stereo sub group. A handy light socket accepts a standard 12V goose neck lamp and a selectable 9 band graphic equaliser provides tone adjustment on the main mix outputs. The switch mode power supply weighs half a conventional design but maintains stable power under all operation conditions. The Powerhouse 1000X-10R is rack mounting only featuring 10 mic/line channels. The 1000X-10, 14 and 18 include two stereo channels.
