Our servicing department is based in house, with many repairs carried out in a matter of days.

If your product needs to be sent away, then we will ring and inform you of this before sending.

Please note, there is a £25.00 initial charge which covers the initial fault finding period and the first hours labour. Should there be any further labour costs, this will be charged at £25.00 an hour, plus any parts required.

We will contact you in all circumstances before carrying out any repairs to make sure you are completely happy to proceed.
